unable to updater payment information

I recently moved from United States. I'm unable to update my payments and location information. When i try i says "Payment information could not be updated contact apple support"

Having Relocated, Zero Out your Balance:

First off, you need to zero-out your Apple Account balance. So, either call Apple, requesting that the Apple Rep zeros it out, or purchase something for more than what is left in your Apple Account balance, using the primary method of payment to pay the rest off. So, do as instructed. Here is Apple Support's Contact Info:

  • Contact Us - Choose Locations
  • U.S.A.: (800)MY-APPLE
  • Proceed from there as necessary
  • Note: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic. And that makes sense because many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
