If you have no charges on your Apple ID account billing and subscriptions, then your issue is likely with a compromise of your card details. Contact your financial provider and dispute the charges.

If the charges are on your Apple ID account, then your Apple ID password is seemingly compromised, and you will want to address that. Also confirm that no others are sharing access to your Apple ID.

If you’ve been re-using passwords anywhere, change the passwords on all of the shared-password accounts to new and unique values.
