How do I completely remove/uninstall Apple Configurator 2? I have deleted from Apps and ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.configurator and when re-installing, it still has entries for Organizations and Servers. I can delete these as well, but want to perform a clean re-install and completely remove any traces from previous.

Why Configurator in the first place, is there a bigger issue?
