Facetime call cannot use
I cannot call audio or vedio on facetime to any person from my contacts or others as no option is available

To start, you'll want to add more specific detail to your post. When you go into the FaceTime application, is the "New FaceTime" button not showing at the top at all? If it these, but then when you type in the contact name in the "To" section, nothing comes up? Does it let you add the name in the "To" section, but then the "FaceTime" button at the bottom doesn't show up to send the call? Are you getting some sort of error message? Etc.
Details like these will help give the community a better idea of what exactly you're seeing so members can provide more relevant responses.
In the meantime, you can try reactivating the FaceTime service to see if that helps at all. Just go to Settings > FaceTime and turn the toggle switch off. Wait a few seconds then turn it back on to reactivate.
