Has Roblox turned into no play unless I pay.?

have anybody been asked by Roblox to put a payment plan into the system. I am just getting back to normal after my personal information was breached and I don’t think Roblox should have any information when I am not a member and I don’t buy from them? It wont let me play if they don’t get me locked in with my personal information. Has it changed to a pay if you play. It’s not saying anything just please give me a master card.
