Unblock a number I did not block.

This seems to be a somewhat common issue with calls from jail, a few people have posted about it .

Since the phone doesn't care where you're calling from, this would indicate a possible block from the phone carrier, either your or the jails.

I would contact them and ask for help.

If you're sure that number is not among your blocked list, unless you have enabled Settings>Phone>Silence Unknown Callers or you have a Focus Do Not Disturb activity enabled, ALL incoming calls should arrive to your device.

My son is an inmate at iron county jail in Utah every time he calls me the call doesn’t go through it doesn’t even look like iam receiving a call the only way I know he calls me is because I look at my recent calls . Any advise please

Why do you think it is blocked? What happens when a call comes in from that number? Have you tried creating a contact for that number?
