Hi AUNG1098,

Thank you for participating in the Apple Support Communities. We understand you're receiving an "Unknown Part" error message on your iPhone. It looks like you've come from a helpful article that explains how to check the parts and service history: About genuine iPhone displays - Apple Support. As mentioned in the article:

"An Unknown Part  message will appear if the display installation is incomplete or if the display:

  • Was replaced with a nongenuine display
  • Was already used or installed in another iPhone
  • Isn't functioning as expected"

Since the issue is hardware related, we recommend contacting Apple Support directly. They can run a diagnostic remotely or help with setting up an appointment to have your iPhone properly evaluated by a technician. You can also find locations and set up appointments using the Apple Support app which can be downloaded in the App Store.

We hope this helps.

Take care.
