iCloud Storage and Family Sharing

We purchased 2TB of iCloud storage to be shared with our family of 4 iPhones. It has been working without any issues. We each have our own Apple ID's, however, we purchased it under our main Apple ID. My iPhone is saying that my 5GB iCloud storage is full. It does not appear to be linked to our family shared iCloud. Can someone suggest what I need to do to link it and not lose what I currently have stored in my iCloud?

Hey 7126mjohnson,

We'll be happy to help! Since one device is not showing the shared iCloud storage, make sure that the Apple ID on each phone is set up to utilize Family Sharing. Here's how to do that: Set up Family Sharing - Apple Support. Also make sure that iCloud+ Sharing is turned on so that the shared device will have this feature available: Share iCloud+ with your family - Apple Support.
