Order Tracking in Wallet stopped working.

This feature worked twice in Nov 2022 but hasn't worked since, and I've been ordering from the same merchants that worked before. Both merchant that use (and still use) Shop. I've used Apple Pay with my Apple Card both times. I am no longer seeing any order information.


iOS 16.4.1(a) too.

My post clearly states iOS 16.4.1(a) and I am well aware of how the feature is supposed to work and all of the steps in the how-to guide have been followed. The issue is that it is not working. There is no real user intervention required or even available.


It's an iPhone 13 Pro Max with iOS 16.4.1(a) which is the most current available version. The device has been rebooted as well.

The exact same thing is happening to me . It worked in 2022 but has not worked at all start of 2023. I also have the iPhone 13 Pro Max and am on ios16.6 now. They keep telling me to make sure my software is up to date like I’m illiterate. Have you had any success with this yet? 🙏🏼😩

Same issue here. The Orders section worked during November 2022 (for 7 different orders), then stopped. Problem has persisted through a new phone (now iPhone 15 Pro) and multiple software updates (now iOS 17).


I even set up my new iPhone from scratch ("Don't Transfer Anything"), but I have a feeling that something is corrupted in my iCloud files that power the Orders app.
