Battery dying

I upgraded from the 11 to 13 and the battery is just as bad at the 11 with 77% battery health. I have had it for a month so the battery should be calibrated by now. But I’m only getting like 5 hours out of it.

You may have an app running that is inadvertently consuming excessive energy. Go to Settings -> Battery and look under Activity. If the activity graph shows many lines going all the way to the top, look under Battery Usage to see which app is at the top. Tap Show Activity to switch from percentage to time.

If an app is showing high activity unexpectedly, you can try closing it. See Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch - Apple Support

Battery calibration doesn't enter into it. That only happened once a few years ago to fix incorrectly calculated battery health with one model of iPhone. It did not improve the battery's health; only the calculated value.

If your battery is at 77% health, it is not going to perform well. It is time to replace it. No amount of "recalibration" will help it. Any sites you see that claim otherwise are wrong.
