You share the one 50GB subscription amongst all members of the family group, if you so choose.

Of course you are free to have each member subscribe to their own storage, but they would all be charged to the family organizer anyway under Family Sharing.
You can also subscribe to a larger storage space instead of each person subscribing to their own 50GB option if you think you may need more space than 50GB for everyone.
