I can't use Apple Cash to pay for my Apple Card

Every since I signed up for the Apple savings account, I have been unable to pay my Apple Card bill using Apple Cash. I am, however, still able to send and receive P2P Apple Cash payments, and I’m able to pay my Apple Card bill using a bank account transfer. Anyone else encounter this or other issues since signing up for the savings account? I recently downloaded the iOS 16.4.1 (a) security update, but I don’t recall having any issues until savings enrollment. I’ve tried rebooting, using cellular, using wifi, and turning Apple Cash off and on again, but no luck.
