Apple Pay services are currently unavailable when trying to use Apple Cash to pay card balance

I’m trying to apply my Apple Cash balance to my Apple Card balance and I keep getting an error message that says “Apple Pay services are currently unavailable.” I do not get this error message when using my bank account to pay my card balance.

Apple Pay `Invalid card error` Hi Guys, I can't add my card to Apple Pay, I constantly get Invalid card error. I spoke with my bank assistant and they said that the issue is on Apple Pay side, can you help me resolve this issue please?
