No. The data will always be on your phone. Game Center stores progress and other information.

If iCloud storage is available in settings, your game data will be stored in iCloud, but it will also be on your device
So is there a way to get the 22 Gb of data stored on my phone to Game Center or iCloud Drive so my phone isn’t so slow
