Apple Music & Family Sharing

My family and I had family sharing set up - however when we did this, my sister and I both created our own Apple Music accounts with our Apple ID's. However, because of the stupidity of Apple and not being able to have multiple payment methods when using Family Sharing, our parents were paying for their Apple Music and then $6 for each of ours (student rates). I left Family Sharing yesterday, and opened up my music and all the playlists are there, but the content has disappeared. I have read other people who this has happened to, however, they have actually been sharing the ONE Apple Music account, so it is understandable they would lose their data. I had my own Apple Music with my Apple ID, so I cant understand why it would leave me. Is there something I have to do in the payments part of my parents phone to transfer the payment of my Apple Music to me?

I have fixed the issue - if anyone else has the problem this is what I did.

I had to subscribe to Apple Music from my Apple ID again, and then once I did that it asked if I wanted to sync my library. Not sure how long the library would be retained as it meant no one was signed up to be paying for the account, I imagine just until the next payment cycle and then Apple may get rid of the library - so if you're in the same position, act quickly.
