The done button does not work

If the page refreshes when you tap ‘Done’ upon updating or confirming your payment information on file with your Apple ID, try to update it instead in Settings > Name > Media & Purchases > View Account > Manage Payments.

If that does not work, make sure your device is updated to the latest software. You can also update or manage your payment information on https://appleid.apple.com/.

When you go to settings > name > media and purchases > view account > manage payments do you see anything in red underneath your card, such as "failed" or "verify"? If no, and you've confirmed your card info multiple times when trying to make the purchase, try to add funds to your apple ID balance using that payment method. If the funds add to your apple ID balance, proceed to make the in-app purchase on the game. The money will deduct from your apple ID balance. However, if it fails with adding the money to your apple ID balance, then you have an issue with the card itself. If it fails to add the funds to your Apple ID balance, respond here with the error message.

You also mentioned not being able to use Apple Pay -- why can't you use Apple Pay , and have you had Apple Pay linked to your Apple ID as a payment method ?

hi so i have the same problem. As i go into any app that requires landscape mode (example: fifa mobile) and i go and make an in-app purchase it always says payment declined. I think to myself ok and i type in the expiration date and CVV and i press “done”. It has always worked until now. Yesterday i go to make a purchase again and it says payment declined, again. I think “Ok” and type everything in for the 100th time and i go to press “done” and nothing happends. I press it again and still nothing happends. I cancel the order and do the process again and want to press “done” doesn’t work and now im stuck I can’t make any purchases because the “done” button won’t work ONLY in Landscape mode.

Please help me.

I did everything you said, i have my phone updated, although I can’t use apple pay so I use it through payment & shipping. It always worked. Until 3 days ago I play a game, where it requires to have the mobile phone in landscape mode. I buy from that game cause I see something I like so buy it, mind you i bought from there before. I go and try to pay and says cancelled and then I type in my expiration date and CVV and i go and I press “done” and it doesn’t work and now i cant buy anything. I have my phone updated to the newest version and everything was all right until then.

Hello k_p95, I really want to thank you for helping me with this problem. I was trying to buy a battle pass in brawl stars but it wouldn’t let me click done using my Apple Pay but when I saw this message, did all the steps you provided and boom it just worked thanks.
