apple card in mac

I want to get an Apple physical card, I have applied and received the card and got approved but my card approved card does not appear in Wallet on my MacBook Air. How can I order a physical card using just a Mac if I don't have an iPhone

You cannot. You need an iPhone to activate the card. Otherwise you only receive a credit line good with Apple.
