Complaint against Local Dealer in Qatar

Dear All,

I need an email address from Apple to register a complaint as the dealer came up with weird solutions in response to repairing my airpods 1st generation.

I approached the local dealer I space in Qatar and asked them to have a look at my airpords 1st generation as it was not working or charging. They bluntly said no repair only replacement ( they did not even care to look in to the product).

I enquired further the replacement charges and the sales rep told me that it will be QAR 450 for the charging box and QAR450 for the left and QAR 450 for the right pods.

This will give me a total of QAR 1,350 for 1st generation airpods where as the new airpods pro 3rd generation price is QAR 950 . I further asked them that the solution is absurd as i have to pay more than the 3rd generation for a solution for 1st generation replacement.
