Hi. I dont know what happend but each time I tap an app on my iPad a list of options of things I can do in the app show up - like a mini menu - instead of the app just opening. Now am unable to open any app. Please help me.
Simply tap the App icon. A longer touch is an entirely different gesture - that in many cases will trigger appearance of an action menu.

I have the same issue and simply tapping the app does not work. I reboot and it’s ok for a little while then the issue comes back. I recently installed 17.2 and that’s when it started happening
