I tured zoom on in settings for my iPhone how do i fix it

If you cannot open Settings options, try to DOUBLE tap the screen using THREE FINGERS.
If you can open Settings options, check:
Settings>Display & Brightness>Zoom = Default
and/or
Settings>Accessibility>Zoom = OFF
When done, restart your iPhone
