Apple Music Classical App

If I import a classical music CD from my own library, via the Music app on my Mac, it syncs with the Apple Music app on my iPhone. However, the imported CD, whose genre is marked as classical, does NOT appear in the Apple Classical Music app. Why?

Transfer playlist from Apple Music to Apple Music Classical? Hi, I have collected classical music over many years in the form of locally stored files and downloads from Apple Music. All this music is organized into playlists. Apple Music Classical does recognize some of these playlists, but not all of them, some are recognised, but only partially. The best way to set up Apple Music Classical would be to transfer my old Apple Music playlists into Apple Music Classical. Is there any way to do this - or do I have to start from scratch and build the playlists new in the Classical app?

Apple Music Classical for Mac? Will there be an Apple Music Classical app for Mac in the future? I control all of my audio in my office from my Mac, and while I know I can access my albums from the Music app, it would be nice to take advantage of the specific features on my primary device. It struck me as a bit odd that it was not available on Mac since Apple went through the process of streamlining iTunes into a cohesive app across macOS, iPadOS, and iOS.
