Why cant i shuffle more then 30 songs on apple music website? this is extremely inconvenient all i want to do is shuffle ALL my songs and not have to keep going back because it will ONLY shuffle 30 songs with the letter C or whatever letter i start on.

Yes multiple times. I am on the desktop website not the iTunes app I cannot have the iTunes program on my work computer so I use Apple Music website. When I go to all songs, at the top there is a shuffle. I click shuffle and I play a song. It will curate 30 songs up next with the same starting letter. For example. I play False god by taylor swift it will play 30 F songs in my library then it will curate random songs it THINKS I like. There is NO shuffle all button on the desktop website.
