Thick black border around lock screen wallpaper

I thought I would try adding widgets to my lock screen, but didn’t like how it looked. When I removed the widgets, my wallpaper started having a thick black border around it. I tried changing the wallpaper and then changing it back, but it’s still there. I also shut down and turned it back on, but that didn’t help.

Any idea how I can get it back to where it was?
