DisplayLink Manager pkg stop working every time I shutdown the mac

I have a macbook pro 16'' running Ventura OS (13.3.1 (a) ). I installed DisplayLink Manager to use a docking station "StarTech" for dual monitor setup.

All worked fine after I installed the pkg, however, every time I shutdown the mac, the drivers stop working, I cannot use the docking station anymore until I manually uninstall the DisplayLink Manager pkg and install it again to make it work

If I "sleep" the computer, all keeps working fine. Have you seen this before? Any ideas would be appreciate it! :)
