Private Relay: Tremendous Screw Up

So, at some point, when I was setting up my Limbus Company account to merge it with my steam account so that I could log into Limbus Company on mobile, apparently Apple set my google link as a private relay address without me knowing. However, I don’t have iCloud+, and even if I did I literally cannot log into it using the Google link (I don’t believe google recognizes it as a google email, nor do I currently know the password if it even has one), and it seems I also can’t log into it using the Apple link. I also already screwed myself over tremendously here and I don’t know if I can unlink it. Can I log into my private relay account as a google account? If so, how?

(If at all possible, if you would send any private info about my private relay account to my second email address (the main one is defunct) that would be helpful.)
