APPLE PASSCODE APPLE ID FACEID

I Forgot My Iphone PASSCODE but i have my FACEID Activated and i also know my APPLEID but I CANT remember my passcode, what can ido? i know i cant reset it but i havnt done a BACKUP in a while and i dont want to lose my infromation.
