Hi. recently my iPhone 11 got internet connection problem. the internet always got Egde and sometime shown 4G but no internet connection. My telco in maxis. Whenever i contacted customer service Maxis, they said they received so many reports regarding on the same problem which is from iPhone 11 users. So, this issue obviously is related to software compatibility, not the telco. Some said iPhone 11 does not support 5G.
Anyone got the same problem?
Apple is not providing repair service for my device, I’d attached a screenshot of the email I received from store you can check my reply earlier, they asked my pay MYR2199 to get a new unit of iPhone 11. So..
Can they guarantee this issue won't happen on a new iPhone 11?
Hi. I had the same problem. It happened just recently (a month ago). Contacted Maxis and was told a lot of iPhone 11 users are having this issue, and apparently it's phone issue, not telco. Went to Machine service centre and had my phone diagnosed, and Cellular failed the test. They said the same thing about iPhone 11, but mostly happened to Maxis. Nothing much they can do if you're out of warranty period (been using the phone for 3years+). They quoted rm2k+ to repair which is ridiculous. I personally believe it has to do with the new updates, coz it was ok before. Quite frustrated with Apple right now. Seems like they're pushing us to change to a new phone.

My iphone 11 just happened same issue like others , no internet connections.I hope Apple can solve this problem
So far no update. I'm hoping the new ios update will fix that. So far, no.

faries ~ As you've been using your iPhone 11 for "3years+", it's worth checking for a weak, aging battery...
Does your iPhone 11 still have its original battery?
And what's the Maximum Capacity % here?...

Yes original battery. Now down to 80% I think.
But does that have anything to do with cellular 4g problem?

Yes, that's why I asked. 80% is Apple's recommended level for having the battery replaced. The weak, aging battery is not providing sufficient power to the iPhone's antenna to connect with cell tower signals. The long process of applying an iOS update to an old iPhone with a weak battery can be the proverbial "straw that broke the camel's back." So have the depleted battery replaced and your cellular connectivity will likely return:
