Mail can’t login
i can’t login the icloud email , i was deleted and reinstalled the mail app after the i couldn’t login

If you're having trouble adding your iCloud email account to your iPhone Mail app, let's make sure that you're following these instructions:
Set up iCloud Mail on all your devices - Apple Support
If that doesn't work, please let us know what happens when you try to add the account.
