Obviously some group has hacked into something and they hey have our Phone numbers so now they’re trying to get into our iPhones. They can’t do that unless you give them the information. Apple has pretty good protection set up. It just sucks being violated in the middle of a good sleep by spammers. I’ve never been spam called in the middle of the night until last night. These people are aggressive!!
Sorry this has happened to you. It may be worth while to set up a Do Not Disturb setting for nighttime that only allows calls from specific people to ring. I find this very helpful. The instructions are here:

Later when you wake up, you can check the calls and block them.
