MacBook 2010 shows question mark when starting

My MacBook 2010, if I open the device, I show the question mark, and if I open the device and I press the Firm Ware lock ?

The folder with a question mark icon means the Mac cannot find an operating system, but you must enter the firmware password before you will be able to reinstall macOS.


Read the following: Set a firmware password on your Mac - Apple Support


Follow Steps 1 through 6.


After restarting the Mac (Step 6) then you will be able to reinstall macOS: How to reinstall macOS - Apple Support
