photos turned into white squares
Hello! After reloading the iPad, the photos turned into white squares labeled jpg/png. If you know if the photo can be restored, let me know, please

What exactly have you done, when you "reloaded" the iPad? Have you restored it to the factory settings? Or restored from a backup?
Have you previously been using iCloud Photos?
Then make sure, that iCloud Photos is enabled again, so Photos can download the photos from iCloud back to your iPad. (See the last paragraph here: Get help with missing photos - Apple Support)
