Screen time incorrectly showing 24 hours of usage each day.

other apps in Screen Time appear normal and accurate. My phone shows me being on Settings for 24 hours a day, which is obviously impossible. i mean WHAT?? how it's that possible?

Does anyone know why this is happening and/or how to fix it? Is the Setting running without my knowledge? Should I just turn off screen time and forget about it? Anything will help.
