My face ID has been disabled. How can I correct that?

My face ID on my iPad pro 12.9 3rd generation has been disabled. How can I correct that?

You will need to follow the advise in this support page:

If an alert says Face ID has been disabled on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support


If you continue to experience difficulties, you would be well advised to seek assistance from Apple Support:

Official Apple Support


Alternatively, you can initiate and manage your support cases using the excellent Apple Support App. If not already installed on your iPad, the App can be downloaded from the App Store:

You might also visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where the technicians will be able to test and assess your iPad:
