IOS Security Response 16.4.1 (a) crashes Os on reboot - iPhone SE 2020. Os has to be reinstalled.

This update wrecked IOS on my phone and I had to reinstall the Os. iPhone SE 2020 256GB.

Any helpful information would be appreciated. 5/10/23.
