Hello, I currently have a Chegg subscription through iTunes, and I would like to pause my subscription for three months but I do not see that option only for me to cancel my subscription but I do not want to cancel.

Sorry, there is no pause option. You can cancel it and restart it again whenever you want.
What purpose would pausing it serve exactly?
If you don't want to get charged, then cancelling the subscription is the way to do it.

Don't know if it's possible, 99.99% it's not possible.
