That model can be updated to iOS 12.5.7, no further.

Rather than ridiculously waiting oh so long, power off your iPhone, and then attempt updating through use of a computer. Use my User Tip: Update your iPhone Using a Computer - User Tip. If any updates are available, they will install, sure enough.
