Macbook cleaning from store

Please let me know if is there any risk involved if I get my macbook pro cleaned from store located at Jangali Maharaj Road , opposite modern High school,Pune (Unicorn store) because I’ve heard that these guys might damage your components or try to get some extra charge from you thereby trying to pay the charge (I’m not saying only about this store but generally about apple stores like IVenus and Unicorns ) . So can anyone tell me whether or not I should get it cleaned by them? If not then how should I as my macbook( is just 5-6 months old and also I’ve paid for apple care plus plan )

Go Through Apple for Cleaning:

If you have an Apple Care Plan with this, then go through Apple. If you don't go through Apple or an AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider), or if you try doing so yourself, then hardware damage can be considered, and you'll never be able to make use of your plan. So, take this in for a Genius Bar Appointment are your local Apple Store. There, it will be disposed for repair. If there are no Apple Stores in your Area, then use Send-In Service. "Yes but my question is whether will they damage or try to charge any extra charges , also I wanted if anyone have experienced any issue while given for cleaning? How was your experience in giving it to clean in Pune specially or at-least in India"

Cleaning a Mac:

I've never attempted cleaning it, other than digitally (internal storage). It's always worked just fine. I don't see why Apple would charge you, unless it is a damaged device. During the days of COVID, my 2017 MBP was sent in 11 times. Each time I sent it in, I left a side note requesting that they clean it. They reportedly got debris out of it. So, take this in for a Genius Bar Appointment are your local Apple Store.
