My watch is fully charged, I can feel haptics but it won’t turn on. I’ve tried holding the crown and side button for 10+ seconds but nothing happens. It is visible in Find my, and emits a sound when I hit the play sound button. Any suggestions?

If you put it on charge does the green display come up?
It could be the screen is not displaying.
