Fitness + mobility and stretching routine?
I was wondering if there’s a “light” mobility and stretching routine. I lift weights MWF, and I’m looking for a stretch routine I could do on off days and pair with my LISS cardio. I’m just concerned the “Mindful Cooldown” is post workout only, and I was looking for a self-contained program , that could warm me up for a few minutes (dynamic) and then allow a few minutes of static stretching.
