Where has the growth chart app gone ?

I have been using the UK-WHO growth chart app on Android for for work. However now I have moved to IOS the app is no longer available.

So now I have to carry 2 phones. One for work (Android) and my iPhone 😕

Anyone else experiencing the same issue ?
