Enable Cross-Site Tracking for a specific website in Safari

If I understand the previously posted answer to this question: The answer is NO. It is not possible to enable cross-site tracking for a specific website. Cross-site tracking is either on or off for everything.

So for websites where this is an issue (e.g.; the bill pay function on my bank's website), I have to turn off Cross-site tracking each time I visit their site, and turn it back on again each time I am finished.
