Unable to delete my songs from iPod nano I've tried to delete songs by clicking on the one I want to delete and pressing the delete button, but it never disappears. I have no idea why its not letting me delete my songs or just adding videos.

How can I stop my iPod Touch from syncing all songs when connected to iTunes? Since the new iTunes "upgrade" when ever I connect my IPOD Touch *all* songs are synced. I this would be OK but I have 3000 plus songs. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
