I have an AWD Analytics report that says I used Safari Private Browsing at 11:15pm GMT and I didn’t use Safari Private Browsing at 11:15pm GMT which would be 6:15pm my time what could cause this error attached is the erroneous log and I am sure there may be others in my logs now, Should I upload my reports to Apple to be checked?

I’d think that what was shown indicates the opposite; that private browsing is not in use.
AWD is usually Apple Wireless Diagnostics, so I’m not sure what report you’re looking at.
There’s parts of the report that appear to be accurate but I was playing a game during this time and the Game Center time is in the report just before the private browsing incident, not sure if using Game Center would cause this or uses Safari to run Game Apps here’s the beginning of the log though it has a different profile ID for some reason notice it says for some reason I or some possibly an app developer idk was using safe browsing mode on my phone not too concerned if it was a developer but if it’s saying I was using safe browsing mode and I’m not then there’s a bug
Could you elaborate on the “private browsing incident”? You were not using private browsing, and the posted data appears to have confirmed that; that you were not using private browsing.
Absent specific targets, telemetry is an endless stream of noise.
More centrally, what are you general concerns here? Not so much what’s in the logs and the telemetry, but what you suspect, what has happened, and what remediations you have then implemented?
Well I wasn’t on Safari either, however if there is no issue I am sorry for wasting your time and will stay out of my Analytics reports I just like to keep up with what is going on with my phone especially when I have a crash which is why I check them and agreed I wasn’t in private browsing, one final question before I leave you based on crashes and frequent jetsam events when running apps or processes would you recommend I upgrade my phone to a iPhone 14?

Apps can crash, and those generally get updates.
iOS crashes are possible, but rarer.
An iPhone 13 is rather new, and the hardware should he stable.
I’m routinely running older than that, and stable hardware.
Whether you update your iPhone is your decision.
