Cancel Order & Refund
“This item was canceled on May 12, 2023 and you have not been billed for it” this is the message I got after a purchase I made was cancelled ad I got debited for it.
And I am yet go receive a refund

We are not Apple but other end users. We have no access to Apple slaes records nor we can get Apple t fix this.
At the bottom of one of those emails Apple sent is a section about Questions. There should be a link there to contact Apple. Have your order number at hand.
