Adobe Illustrator - Mac Studio M1 (or) Mac mini M2 Pro

Mac mini M2 Pro 10/16/16 with 32GB memory, 2TB HD (vs) Mac Studio M1 Max 10/24/16 with 32GB memory, 2TB HD. 95% not my work is using Adobe Illustrator CC for Vector based graphics.

I want to replace my 2017 MBP 3.1, i7, Radeon Pro 560 4GB Intel HD Graphics 630, 16 GB Memory and 1 TB SSD HD.

I do full time work from home for a side business designing logo's, print products and mostly vector based graphics for a sign business. I use Photoshop maybe 5-10 times a year to clean up some photos.
