Hi serah36,

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities asking about Quick Start.

Since your device was already set up using iCloud, this means it is set up. The only way to use Quick Start, is with a new or newly eased phone. This means, you will need to erase your device before you can use Quick Start again.

Be aware, erasing your device removes everything. All your info, photos, etc. This also mean, anything you added to the device will also be removed. Make sure your previous iPhone has this info as well, or it will be gone.

1. You might want to get backups just in case you want to restore your device if the Quick Start info is not as new or is missing key information. How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

2. Once backed up, go ahead and restore your device to factory: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support

3. Then go ahead and use Quick Start: Use Quick Start to transfer data to a new iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If you need to restore your backup because you are missing info, you will need to follow the steps here: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support

  1. "Turn on your device. You should see a Hello screen. If you already set up your device, you need to erase all of its content before you can use these steps to restore from your backup."

If you are attempting to merge info, from the previous device and what is in iCloud now, you can AirDrop info, or add it directly to iCloud.com. Let us know if that is what's going on, or how we can help, and what you are attempting to do.

Cheers.
