Ipad Pro 10.5 2017

Does the iPad Pro 10.5 inches 2017 have palm rejection?

I plane to buy a third party stylus for it but they only offer for ipad from 2018.

Yes. All models of iPad that support Apple Pencil have palm rejection.

Be aware that third party alternatives for Apple Pencil (such as Logitech Crayon and Zagg Pro Stylus) lack pressure sensing.

Other third-party Bluetooth stylus’ (e.g., Adonit) are not substitiutes for Apple Pencil, but instead are entirely reliant upon Apps providing explicit support for the stylus. Other basic capacitive stylus have no more capability than your fingertip.
