Hello I have an issue with validating my purchase date. Tried contacting apple via phone because it was the only option, but it kept saying I am gonna get a call but i never got a call, there is no other option of contact what should I do
The purchase date on record will be the date when the original owner purchased it. Unless you bought it from an authorized reseller, it will not be changed, but if you want to check with Apple, contact support online using the link in the lower left corner.
Well, we are not Apple, just other users, but I am guessing that you did not buy the phone directly fromApple?
