I have been charged INR 99 from Apple Services. Wherein I didn’t sign up for the renewal of any subscription. I cancelled it beforehand. Additionally, no subscriptions are listed nor any payment history is there.

If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement
If you need to request a refund, those steps are linked too:
Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple
