Can't delete emails on my MacBook Pro

Since my macbook went thru the new update, I can't delete emails any more. I've tried googling a few suggestions, but to no avail.


I've logged off and back on again and this did work for a very short while but the problem returned. I don't want to be constantly logging off and back on again.


Any ideas anyone? tia

To Test, log into the Web Portal of your e-mail Account Server via the Browser of Choice.


Can you delete e-mails from there ?


Example and I use iCloud as one of my e-mail Servers


So I going to www.icloud.com and log into e-mail
